  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Send regulatory change alerts and transactional emails
  • Generate AI-assisted compliance summaries and SOP drafts
  • Improve and develop the Service
  • Respond to support requests

3. AI Processing

Dagverk uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate regulation summaries and SOP drafts. Regulation document text fetched from government sources is sent to Anthropic for processing. We do not send your personal information or internal business data to Anthropic. Anthropic's use of data is governed by their Privacy Policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers — hosting (Fly.io), email (Resend), error monitoring (Sentry) — who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
  • Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Audit logs are retained for a minimum of three years to support compliance recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
