By accessing or using Dagverk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended exclusively for use by employees, contractors, agents, and legal advisors of licensed regulated businesses in the cannabis, hemp, and kratom industries, acting in a professional capacity. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are accessing it in such a capacity and that you are of legal age to work in the applicable regulated industry under state and federal law in your jurisdiction.
Dagverk does not sell, distribute, market, or facilitate the sale of cannabis, hemp, kratom, or any regulated products to consumers, and the Service is not directed at the general public.
Dagverk is a compliance management platform for regulated industries that monitors regulatory changes, assists in the creation of standard operating procedures, and maintains compliance audit logs. The Service supports licensed businesses in the cannabis, hemp, and kratom industries.
The Service, including AI-generated summaries and SOP drafts, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all regulatory information and for ensuring your business complies with all applicable laws. Dagverk is not a law firm and does not provide legal services.
The Service is billed on a per-license basis at the rate published at the time of checkout. Subscriptions are recurring — monthly or annual — and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
License disclosure. You represent and warrant that all active licenses held by your organization, and any licenses subsequently acquired, will be added to your account within 30 days of issuance. Dagverk reserves the right to reconcile declared licenses against public state regulatory registries. Material misrepresentation of license count constitutes a breach of these Terms; Dagverk may issue retroactive invoices at list price for undisclosed licenses, terminate the agreement, or both.
Volume discounts. Volume tiers are calculated per organization based on that organization's own active license count. Discounts are not aggregated across affiliated entities or partner accounts unless a written enterprise agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us within 30 days.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring all users in your organization use the Service in compliance with these Terms, and the accuracy of any information you enter into the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or resell or redistribute access to the Service without prior written consent.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dagverk and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Regulatory text sourced from government agencies remains in the public domain.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dagverk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to regulatory fines, license revocations, or compliance failures.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
